Mental Stress

Life is a roller-coaster ride; full of all sort of emotions that one lives through. These emotions are felt through different moments in one’s life. Moments come in different forms but they are mostly remembered and categorized as either happy or sad moments. While the happy moments bring so much joy in one’s life, it is the sad moment that could leave behind long-lasting and never ending impact that one may live through everyday of their life.

Just like many people in the world, I have been through such sad moments that has indeed impacted my life. Most of the time, it has taught me important lesson life; however, there are times where I have felt completely shattered and heartbroken. It is then when mind starts playing games with you and leaves you with many thoughts to live through. Therefore, I am focusing on how to overcome the negative feelings or thoughts in this post.
